Christ Lutheran Vail Church is excited to begin the process to construct our next building. Over the summer and into the fall, we will look at our space needs and develop a concept plan. To do that, several meetings are proposed. At each meeting, people will have an opportunity to provide their input. All people are invited to attend any of the meetings. The process will be as follows:
Round 1 Meetings - Initial input
Sunday, July 26th, 12:00-1:30 PM Noon at Ministry Center
Friday, July 31st, 6:30-8:00 PM at Ministry Center
Both of these meetings will be the identical format and will seek input from the congregation. People would only need to attend one of these meetings.
Presentation at August Town Hall Meeting
Sunday, August 30th, 10:15 AM. Town Hall Meeting at church. A presentation to the entire congregation and opportunity for input.
Round 2 Meeting - Additional input into design(s)
Sunday, September 13th, 5:00 PM at Ministry Center
