Today we
celebrate Stephen Ministry Sunday. It is a time to give thanks for the
care and compassion that we are called to give. In particular, those who
have gone through the Stephen Ministry program have been given special training
for care-giving; and those interested in being trained. May we, as the
body of Christ, be helped to endure suffering by the care of our fellow
Christians.
